Your tasks:

• Comprehensive advice and support for private and business customers in all financial matters
• Creating tailor-made solutions for pensions, investments, financing and tax optimisation
• Acquiring new customers and building up and maintaining a customer portfolio
• Carrying out needs analyses and developing individual financial concepts
• Participation in internal training and further education programmes for professional and personal development

Your profile:

• Completed training or studies in the (financial) economic field; career changers with a high willingness to learn are also welcome
• If possible, already completed insurance broker training, certified financial advisor IAF and/or financial planner with a federal certificate
• Strong customer orientation, strong communication skills and entrepreneurial thinking
• Goal- and performance-orientated way of working with pleasure in direct customer contact
• Independent, structured way of working and team spirit
• Good language skills in German (native speaker), other language skills an advantage
• Resident in Switzerland with an impeccable criminal record
